Mark Tham is a distinguished graduate of the National University of Singapore, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management (Honors) and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate. With a rich history at Newman & Goh since 1995, Mark is a licensed appraiser for Land and Building, contributing extensive expertise to the company’s success.

Mark’s professional journey began as a Property Manager at the Town Council, where he managed Housing and Development Board (HDB) and Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDC) properties. His commitment to excellence led him to Newman & Goh, where he has played a pivotal role in the valuation domain. Mark specializes in overseeing and supervising valuation work for HDB, JTC, as well as private valuations for a diverse portfolio of local, foreign, and multinational companies and banks.

Beyond valuation, Mark’s leadership extends to the property investment realm, where he takes charge of comprehensive feasibility studies for en-bloc and collective sales. He provides invaluable counsel to pro-tem owners’ committees, guiding them on the feasibility of listing their properties for en-bloc sale. His strategic insights ensure that each property sale is meticulously planned and executed to achieve successful outcomes.
